We started off with a different well reviewed, popular mattress sold by Babies R' Us that had an innerspring design. It had a chemical smell to it that bothered me, and after noticing that my baby smelled like it in the morning we bought this mattress. She likes it, and I like that it doesn't have the same noxious smell. Also it seems to have better support than the last one (the last one kind of sagged in the middle). The only thing is our Koala Baby brand sheets don't fit it very well.

Love this mattress! super lightweight, easy to clean if an accident happens, and fits very well in the crib. Our son falls right asleep every night and doesn't spend much time if any at all trying to get comfortable. For the price it's well worth buying!

We are first-time parents and researched MANY crib mattresses for our newborn. We are very happy with this purchase. Mattress fits snug in crib, is light-weight and easy to clean. It's firm enough for baby, as recommended - but not hard like a rock. Most importantly, baby likes it!

This mattress is excellent. We love that fact that it has no springs. It is firm to ensure safe sleeping for our baby but is not rock hard. It fits the crib perfectly without gaps. The white exterior seems like it will easily wipe clean should any diaper leakage occur. We are still awaiting the arrival of our baby but our 8 month old nephew came to visit and slept very well on it for 2 nights. Amazon's price for this mattress was definitely the best!

After doing a lot of research decided to buy this one. I am very glad I bought the mattress, it is very firm and fits in our crib very well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a firm mattress.
