I bought these bulbs because the ones I had burned out. The original ones in the light fixture were actually E27. Apparently it's a little different. These give a kind of reddish glow that the other lights didn't. If you've had these before for your light fixtures, then I'm sure they are fine, but for me it wasn't quite what I had hoped for... But the price was DEFINITELY right. The company that sold these had the best rate.

I bought one of these to replace a 50 watt halogen in my desk lamp. The halogen was still working but was too bright and really hot. This light claims to be equivalent to a 40 watt and from what I can tell - it is. The best part, after being on for an extended time, I can touch the lamp without getting burned. The color of the light is very pleasant and not as unnatural as I feared. The true test will be to see if it lasts as long as the package claims.

These LED are working well. Color is different from typical night light bulb but is very acceptable for window lights.
