Except for replicating all functions of a camera's shutter release button, JYC JY-710 C1 high-end advanced convenient wireless digital timer remote controller still has the function of self-timer, interval timer, long-exposure timer and exposure count. It is good for time-lapse photography such as flowers blooming and astrophotography. LCD panel can be illuminated. Just like the self timer on your camera. The timer remote switch allows you to set any delay (in 1 second increments) up to 99 hours, 99 minutes and 99 seconds. The Interval Timer can be set to any time period up to 100 hours as well. If you set it to 10 minutes, for example, one exposure will be taken every 10 minutes until either the film runs out or the Exposure Count limit has been reached. It allows you to take time exposures up to 100 hours long. This setting allows you to set the times of exposures that will be taken, up to a total 399 times. You will find it can make you take photos easier and more convenient.

Pros: Works exactly the way you'll want it to be with great quality and good price. Both built quality and button action was solid.. I've been using this for a few months now (even got it wet due to rain a few times during outdoor shooting), it works flawlessly without any problem... Get one! You'll never know when you'll need it... And I am sure you doesn't want to go home and find that the precious photos that you've just taken were blur...
Cons: I could not find any cons with this product.
Other Thoughts: Overall this is a great product...
