I couldn't have had a better experience. I got a great price (cheapest I found anywhere) and the item was delivered FREE the next day! The item was damaged when I received it so I contacted their live online customer service and explained that my item was damaged during shipping. They immediately sent out a replacement (again next day and No Charge!), and then arranged for UPS to pick up the defective item at no charge to me. Their customer service is Top Notch and I wouldn't hesitate to order anything from dinodirect.com. It's hard to find a company that is all about its customers and dinodirect is!
