The bracket is a tool that allows photographers to attach their cameras to a tripod in portrait orientation (vertical frame) rather than the standard landscape orientation (horizontal frame). While most cameras come equipped with a mounting socket at their base, very few feature a similar socket on the side. This Security bracket which is ideal for CCTV camera. Made of metal material for durable to use. You can use it anywhere outdoor, indoor, wall and ceiling etc. The high quality is what you are looking for.

I can't remember why I bought this, but I ended up using the parts, no doubt not for their original purpose. I can tell you that it was made of pretty high quality metal. It would hold quite a lot of weight, I would trust it with my camera.

I would highly recommend this bracket as the price is right and I have never had any troubles. Swing to accommodate vertical shots easily. You might have a little trouble reaching the shutter release on the vertical setting but considering the money saved, well worth the small inconvenience.
