I really love this remote, I have been purchased three of them. I only buy Car Stereos because I love to have the control in the steering wheel.

Well it has been a helpful device, but its reception is not that good. I guess they don't test this in a car but actually pointing to the stereo directly, so they say "it works!!" But I need to have the steering wheel centered with the RC almost facing the stereo so it can work ok. At least you shouldn't use it while your turning the steering wheel, you should focus on the road anyway...

This is my first on-line order. There were a few issues that came up along the way. I was given a customer-service rep. named Vivian who stuck with me through each problem and was extremely helpful in resolving the issues. She took the time and had all the patience in the world. Everyone I've ever dealt with it, whether in-store or by phone, is excellent. Staff is competent and knowledgeable, and every one of them seems to have a cheerful, helpful attitude that is obvious as soon as you deal with them. These are sincere people who care about customers and are eager to use their considerable skills and knowledge to help us. AND, the store discounts!!

This is really a fantastic device to enhance your driving experience, this steering wheel bluetooth adapter is both safe and convenient to use in your car, truck, delivery van, etc. Our phone calls are hands-free, allowing you to keep your eyes on the road while driving. Good purchase.

It is better to fix this device above the steering wheel, avoid obstructing the auto instrumental panel. Never charging when driving after fixed this device on the steering wheel. Otherwise, responsibility is bome by the driver if danger and accident happen!
