I haven't used a lot of USB mics but I have worked with my fair share of electronics companies and this one has remarkable customer service. After receiving a mic with a slightly cracked stand I gave them a ring and left a message with their parts department.

I have played for hours with the mic situating it above my head, to the side, at an angle, and just about every other way I can think to position it. And I'm very pleased with the results.
