• Cons: No OFF-button, if you keep this in your bag it's highly likely that the accidental button push "activates" it and it stays on for about 5min and turns it self off. This can drain the batteries in time.

• Other Thoughts: Great product at a fraction of the price of the Canon intervalometer. Satechi sent the product out super fast and I received it in two days. Perfect!

• Other Thoughts: Does the job perfectly and is much cheaper than Canon, so stop looking and just go for it. <br/>unless you already have Canon hat, Canon t-shirt and Canon jacket..

• Other Thoughts: I was getting interested in night photography and needed this badly. <br/>The construction is sturdy and the material used to make it is not of the flimsy plastic, it feels rather solid. The buttons are a delight to click. <br/>Very simple to use, a 10-year-old can operate it. <br/>However the backlight lits temporarily then switches off automatically. It would've been nice to dedicate a switch for that to keep it lit indefinitely. <br/> <br/>Otherwise, it's an excellent timer/remote control shutter, I'm using it on my 7D more often that I thought I would.

• Other Thoughts: A much more reasonably priced option than the Canon version. Works great, has all the options I want and even has a on/off button! (unlink the Canon)
