• Other Thoughts: I bought this to go under my Alice in Pirate Halloween costume. The seller shipped it fast and it is just what I needed. Full and flirty. I am a plus size (18-20) and it fit me just fine, so its true when it says one size fits most. A little more expensive that most petticoats but it has more volume and layers than those I've seen in stores.

• Other Thoughts: I bought this to go under a very short Goldielocks Halloween costume. It was the perfect length and fit well (even though it a one-size-fits all). I am a size 4 and it stayed put all night! It's very stretchy, so I thing it would be flexible to fit a lot of different waist sizes. It was perfectly poofy, just enough to help cover my back-side under the costume.
