All metal, good quality, well machined. Does with it's supposed to do. Doesn't bend or break, Not much more to tell about a ring of metal. If you need it, get it.

You must be careful when installing this adapter to lens, to ensure the lens won't fall off...it's tricky. Strongly advise installing adapter to lens and leaving it on, and purchasing adapters for each lens rather than switching from lens to lens. <br/> <br/>Works fine, it's somewhat cheaply made, but baby it and you'll be fine.
