- Other Thoughts: Although many reviewers complained about the smell I decided to buy this mat anyway because my 11 month old adores Elmo. It does have a strong plastic smell out of the package but I hung it outside for a few hours and the smell was gone. It adheres well to the bathtub floor and stays put. My little guy looks at the mat all through his bath, kicks, splashes and tries to grab the Elmos. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

- Other Thoughts: I was very worried about getting this after reading the other reviews about the horrible smell, however I did anyway. I was pleased to find out that mine did not have a weird smell at all...just the slight "new plastic" smell which went away in a day or so. Great coverage of the tub and my son loves it!

- Other Thoughts: This non-slip bath mat carpet is beautiful. I was very impressed when I put it in my living room. It looks so much more expensive than what I paid for it. So worth the money.

- Other Thoughts: This bath rug is a nice touch to my bathroom - the color matches my beige theme, it's soft to the touch, and absorbs water well. I love that it's reversible so I can switch the look every time I use it. And even though it doesn't have gripping on the bottom, it doesn't move around or scrunch up when I step on it.

- Other Thoughts: I've had this rug about a week and so far it's been great. I haven't washed it yet, but I have gotten it sopping wet and it's dried nicely. Also it is definitely non-slip!
