- Other Thoughts: I purchases these as part of an anniversary present for my husband. He is a flashlight fanatic. In looking through the reviews, this was the only solar powered flashlight that seemed to be worth having. We have kids that love to use flashlights, but don't always turn them off to save the batteries. We can hand them these flashlights and not worry about it. They've always lasted longer than the boys! Amazon had the best prices for these flashlights also. They are quite a bit higher locally.

- Other Thoughts: These work great for camping or leaving in the car. We use them for hours and then let them charge up while they are not being used in the daytime. No problems with battery life or duration after owning them for a couple years.

- Other Thoughts: I bought the 2-pack after watching a youtube video of a guy torture testing these flashlights. I wanted a REAL solar flashlight that would hold up to my outdoor lifestyle. I have taken this out camping and this has surprisingly exceeded my expectations. Charges even while not in direct sunlight. In comparing to my other flashlights, I would say that these puts out around 25-30 lumens. This flashlight is very rugged, totally reliable and a great purchase. Somebody alert me when Solarlite comes out with a matching solar headlamp, please.

- Other Thoughts: I was worried about brightness since led flashlights tend to be on the low side. These however work nicely for around the campsite. I had no problems being able to see to walk around and do camping chores at night. Nice flashlights and the solar charging seems to work well.

- Other Thoughts: If I didn't experience this myself I wouldn't believe it. <br/>I charged them and put them away in my bug out bag. <br/>Took them out over a year later and they worked. <br/>Incredible and a little unbelievable but it's a fact.
