There was always on really good pencil sharpener in grade school. It wouldn't eat the pencil and would give you a really good tip. This is that pencil sharpener.

We've not mounted this on the wall yet, but so far it sharpens very well. I only wish the silver cover was made of metal like the old ones we had in school in the 70s/80s. However the internal blade parts are metal, so I'm hopeful that it will last as long as we're careful with the casing.

I really like my pencil sharpener, it is a lot easier than using one of those little plastic ones or even a kitchen knife. <br/>I like the fact that it has steel blades on the inside, I know it will last longer than plastic ones. <br/>My only problem with this item, is where the screw holes are in the base of the sharpener. The placement of the holes made it a little more difficult to get the screws in, but after a time I made it. <br/>I would recommend this item to anyone.

This School Pencil Sharpener is for a mission school in Liberia with limited electricity access. I was thrilled to find one at such a great price, and it was sent rapidly. <br/>Thanks from everyone involved in this aid project!

A great Manual Pencil Sharpener----just like the kind you used in your school days. Easy to mount and use, it sharpens almost all sizes of pencils or even crayons to a very sharp point with little effort. No batteries to replace here!

I have to admit I didn't think this Desktop Pencil Sharpener would work as well as it does, but I was wrong. My concern that it may chew up my soft lead Berols', however it does an awesome job..very pleased with this.
