I can only spend good words for Dinodirect.com. Their customer service is great, in particular I was in contact with Dinodirect, I asked him a lot of questions because I like to know things in detail and he always replied very kindly. I'm sure many other salesmen wouldn't have been this patient, I emailed him at least 30 times during the whole process. I could get my cell phone as customized as I wanted it to be. And it's a first class cell phone, it works like a charm. In short, awesome product, awesome support.

I was a little hesitant ordering a no-name smart phone online but after receiving the product and using it for some time now, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. So much so that I'm ordering another one for my wife. For a fraction of the price you get all the features of the much more expensive brand name phones. The quality is good, the touch screen is pretty responsive, as a whole the phone is functioning pretty good so far. If you are not brand conscious, I would strongly recommend.

Low ringing sound when you are calling, not clear sound from the person you are talking to.

This is a very great cell for the price I paid. It's small, light and fits everywhere. It's easy to use and the manual is easy to understand, above all for an Android begginer like me. The battery has a very good life and the pack comes with two batteries!! It's unlocked so you can use it in any country without problems.
