Pros:I've been an owner of a few soy milk makers in the past, but the Joyoung DJ13B-D08D is by far the best one. The grinding is perhaps one of the best advances, as it grinds all particles to a minimum. The soy milk is no longer grainy!
Highly recommended.
Cons:The Joyoung DJ13B-D08D is a slightly more expensive than other models, but the quality of the product and the grinding far out weighs the cost. A winner all round.
Other Thoughts:I use this at least 4x per week and it makes consistently great soymilk with ease. Not too hard to clean, and mine came with a tofu press, tofu coagulator, sample soybeans and instructions. It's heavy, durable and looks like it will stand up to hard use over a period of years.
Other Thoughts:The milk is not quite the same as "silk" because I don't sweeten mine at all, but I have gotten used to it. The machine comes with suggestions for adding sweeteners and other flavors as well.
Other Thoughts:This is a wonderful product. I absolutely LOVE the soy milk and the varieties that can be made with this soy milk maker. It is easy to clean as well. The best part is the company is fast, friendly and so willing to help. I don't normally write reviews or make recommendations but I can do both without any hesitation. SoyQuick rocks!
Other Thoughts:I love it. This equipment is so easy to use and clean, and it is so quick, Takes me about 2 minutes to do so. The soy milk was done much quicker then I expected. I use the pulp for baking, cooking, soup, cereal, bread ect. let your imagination be your guide. waste not want not.
