the product is great. One of the collars was not responsive when we first got it and was exchanged no problem. I don't have problems with charging because I don't have to use the shock every time I let the dogs out. With the other dog, I was having to use the collars interchangeably because I constantly had to have one on charge; that's how stubborn he was. In conclusion, we have found it to be an excellent training tool and have corrected many undesirable behaviors.

I read all the reviews for this item. I was skeptical but bought it anyways for the price. I can tell you that I love it ! We have two full grown very stubborn boxers, and after just one or two corrections a piece, we only have to use the vibration setting. These collars work perfectly for what they are designed for.

I did a fair amount of research when looking to buy a training collar. I chose this one for the price, and the fact that it has 2 collars. <br/>I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box, finding extra batteries, covers and lights. As soon as I put the batteries in, and adjusted the collar, it was ready to use. Much faster than waiting for a unit to recharge. And if you are in the situation I was in, the sooner it works the better.

Bought this for our lovable but crazy pound rescue dog- jumps, barks, scratches, etc. We had first bought a much more expensive "name brand" one of these, and it lasted about a week and a half and ate 3 batteries in that time.

I was concerned about the low cost and some of the reviews people had left but I made the right decision! The units I got work like a charm and have for over two months now. The batteries last for at least 2 weeks before recharging.
