I purchased the Fountain Pen earlier this year. It is a great starting pen for those looking into bringing back the fountain pen. The pen writes like a dream and when paired with goo.gl/wzezl and a bottle of ink works like a dream.

This is my second lamy purchase from amazon. I bought the fine tip lamy as before. It was shipped for free in 7 days. I also bought the ink converter for it. I am very satisfied with this product. It brings back old memories of writing with a fountain pen when I was in grade school back home. It fits well in my hand and I have large hands. The ink flows nicely making writing with this pen a very pleasurable experience. The reason for purchasing another pen was because the ink runs out every 3-4 days, as I use the pen daily for progress notes etc. Overall, a must have for fountain pen enthusiasts.

The pen doesn't look fancy or expensive, but works great. I fine nib is a little bit wide for me, but it didn't spoil the overall impression. If you are not after impressing girls with your fountain pen and just want a great writing working horse this is a great tool.

In my household the air is dry enough to dry up all my fountain pens, even the expensive ones. Over the past ten years I have found I use this pen more than any other simply because the nib always flows immediately when you uncap the pen and write with it. It does not dry out with normal use (just put the cap on when you are not writing with it). It is lightweight and safe to carry in a handbag. I think it is a fabulous pen, especially given the low price.

This is a great pen. This is an example of excellent product engineering - very well thought out and very well executed - even down to the box that it came in. Just beautiful. The medium nib is the right size (at least for me) and it very conformable in my hand. It writes very smooth and I am totally happy with it. Several other reviewers have complained about the heft - I typically like my pen to have some weight - I like this pen just the way it is. It's balanced quite nicely and feels right. <br/> <br/>Very happy with this purchase.
