I purchased one for myself and liked it so much purchased 2 more so far as gifts. For such a small unit the sound is excellent even at volume. The batteries last a long time and it is small enough I put it into my backpack when traveling.

These docking speakers are perfect for our baby's room. They are pretty small so they don't take up much space, and the sound is good enough for that purpose. I'm sure there are better quality, similarly-sized speakers but I'm happy with these for the price; they are a good value.

I thought this cheap little speaker would just do an adequate job. I bought it for my wife to play media in the second grade classroom where she teaches. But the little thing fills the whole house with music. The sound is deep and rich and it carries throughout our small house. It charges the ipod whenever it's docked. The power button stops the speakers, but be aware that the ipod is still playing whatever list you started unless you stop the ipod.

This unit is a great value. It is compact in size, doesn't take much counter space in our kitchen. Sound quality is very good, much better than expected for the size. My wife uses it all the time.

I've barely had this speaker for a little while and I'm raving about it. It charged within 30 minutes (WOW!!), and its bass quality and response is AMAZING. It can handle full bass on around 98% volume from my iPod without giving me any scratchiness! Its general sound for music ranging from classical to rap simply blows me away. Literally. <br/> <br/>Overall, this product is just what I needed-a small, portable speaker with decent sound-at an affordable price. The sound is more than decent, and it also works great with vocal podcasts. Clarity of sound is truly amazing.
