- Other Thoughts: i tried this with camcorder stereo microphone for Canon of my more professional cameras and the audio is fantastic. however it does not work with my Canon 60D because there is no audio port. but i do believe this option is available for the 5D. but besides this, great mic

- Other Thoughts: If you're looking for an audio source outside of your camera's onboard mic and want to get sort of an all-in-one, this is a great option. The suspension really avoided the handling noise associated with smaller cameras, and is easily out of the way with its 2 second mounting system. The pick up pattern, however, is a little loose. If you're planning on using it for interviews, I would suggest finding a REALLY quiet place.

- Other Thoughts: This is was a terrific buy! I bought a different one that was cheaper before I bought this one and the other one was... estinky! I thought it was just my camera's cheap plug in but to my great surprise, this mic proved me very wrong. Love it, built well and it's not too heavy... just remember to turn it on before filming or your clip will be mute! <br/> <br/>Love love it... of course I knew it would be fantastic before I bought it having used one that my friend owned.

- Other Thoughts: Works great with a SLR. I got this external mic for my 5D MK II. The sound quality you can record from this mic is much better than the on board camera mix. It's best to get the wind muff together!

- Other Thoughts: I am very satisfied with this Digital Camera Stereo Microphone. This item was very cheap, in great condition, and was shipped in a reasonable amount of time.
