I absolutely LOVE all the different colors. I am *very* sensitive to extra light in the room - even the light from my Wii remote charger in the living room can bother my sleep in the bedroom - so I was concerned about the brightness of this clock as other reviewers stated it was very bright.

Anyway, this seemed like a good buy, even though it isnt a clock radio, but I wasnt as concerned about the alarm as I was about the 24hr clock.

When we first got the clock and plugged it in and started trying out the colors the red color didn't work. I left the clock on and left the room. When I returned a few minutes later the red color worked and has every since.

I like the small size of this item--it doesn't take up much room on my bedside table. You can change the color of the digital display, and it tells you not only the time (to the second) but also the day and date.

This alarm clock looks simple but works great. The numbers are large and easy to read especially if your vision is blurry early in the morning. It's bright in the dark but does not give off a bright glow and thus does not light up the room. The only issue that I seem to have with it is that after a few months it seems to keep falling behind maybe a minute or less. I've had to adjust it a few times which isn't a huge deal.
