I live in a rural area and reception for my favorite FM radio station is a little weak. I have only one radio (Bose) that gives good reception.Just purchased the Headphone Microphone. I am amazed the reception is as good as the Bose at one fifth the cost, even in a metal building where I spend most of my day. It's two thumbs up for me.

This Headset Headphone were made my a company that specialises in hearing protection equipment, so it's definately first rate hearing protection. As far as the radio is concerned, I'm not all that fastidious. As long as I can get the stations I want and understand what is being said, that's ok with me. The radio can store 5 of your favorite stations which can be changed by pressing the button on the outside. A product like this is much better than a walkman or any kind of radio where something is dangling on your belt. Just don't use it where you need to hear others because it blocks out sound very well.

Got this at a nice price on Deal-Of-The-Day. Nice reception, I already had an older pair that works great with the analog tuner, but that grew to be a bit of a pain if you are adjusting the volume with gloves on and accidentally lose your station-plus changing stations is a pain with no presets. This Headphone Microphone improves on that with the digital tuner and it works very well, I use them for snowblowing, power tools, just about anything where there's an engine or loud motor running. The older pair has been very durable, especially the antenna which I have bent many times with a hat or goggles and it is still in place and functions well. This one stores presets so it is much easier to change between your favorite stations.

Perfect, perfect! Thanks for the Stereo Headphone, it has gone a long way to preserve my hearing/ears. If only 10 stars were available instead of just 5.
