They had fantastic customer service with domestic employees so they were completely understandable and friendly. Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up. Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. If you do not register, you cannot track your order online "for security purposes." Otherwise, their online support is detailed and updated like most other large sites.

Perfect for a small space like a bar or a corner of the room or on top of a dresser in your bedroom. Very Pretty and so crystal that the lights illuminates against the middle of the tree. Very different and yet so beautiful. I ordered this for someone else. When it came she was so excited that is was that nice. She had not been able to find anything that she liked around where she lives so really loves this.

Dinodirect is a pleasure to do business with. They are professional and courteous. They want your business, and do not seem to push small customers like myself to the side to make way for larger purchases. A fantastic company who I will do business with again, and again!

What a great deal!!! I read reviews about this company before I placed my order. I was a little skeptical because of the bad reviews. I have already been burned by another place. But I ordered my product anyway. The very next day after I made my order, the website said it was shipped, but it didn't give me a tracking number, it said it was unavailable. So, naturally, I got worried. When I got home from work one day, I came into the house, and my wife pointed at a box. It was the product I ordered! It was packaged well and it works great! They really are a great company. I will certainly buy from them again!!!
