- Other Thoughts: The tin has a classic retro feel. I bought it for my 7 yr old son for Christmas. He was frustrated at first because we wouldn't show him how to solve it (because we didn't know!!!). We eventually worked it out. A cool toy that requires fine motor skills and thinking. Cool toy. Great stocking stuffer for the boy who likes puzzles.

- Other Thoughts: Since this is a giant metal puzzle ring, I would say that this is great for starters... since you aren't working with tiny pieces. One thing that would almost be nice, is if it was big enough to be a bracelet... but I could also see that being a safety issue if it ended up mixing a bit on the wrist. I love this puzzle. I keep it in my purse for when I get bored.

- Other Thoughts: This is the hardest puzzle in the Cast series. Just three sturdy solid metal pieces. It is very, very difficult to keep track of the pieces as they twist around.
