Rechargeable Camera Electric RC Helicopter

• Pros: Easily trimmed and will hover indefinitely! Very durable with an all metal tubing frame.
• Cons: Wish the trim wheel was on the right side since its hard to adjust when your left hand is operating the throttle. Also, you may have to download a codec pack to get MediaPlayer to show the vids. I had sound but no picture. • Other Thoughts: Learning curve was much easier than other birds that I've bought. A complete beginner can get it off the ground and control it easily. I find that its best to get the trim roughly right before lifting off, by giving it a bit of throttle until it is almost off the ground. If it starts to rotate left or right, adjust the trim wheel until its neutral (neither left or right) this way it won't lift off and start spinning.

• Other Thoughts: I use this Electric RC Helicopter for short breaks at the office. Everyone is amused and wants a try. It's very easy to use. Even after quite a few crashes, it's still flying strong. I'm sure kids would like it too.

• Other Thoughts: I have been playing with RC helicopters for some time now. I never got into the big, expensive outdoor models due to the price. <br/> <br/>In my experience, the Outdoor RC Helicopter that are designed for use indoors are very hit or miss- they either work good but have a short battery life, or work horrible but will keep going for a while. This little bird, however, is perfect. I have owned over 15 indoor RC helis- some good, some bad... but this is the best one yet, by far. <br/> <br/>The controls are easy to learn. When I started out years ago, I had models which made me feel that the learning curve for ALL RC helis was huge. Over time, I improved my skills, so it would be hard for me to judge the control difficulty- in steps my wife! She has NEVER, EVER touched an RC helicopter of any type. With this, she was able to take off, move around and land with no problems on her FIRST try. So, the controls on this baby are BEYOND easy and I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH how well it responds to commands. One very hard thing to do with RC helis, at least for me, is to get it to hover in one spot. Again, my wife did it on the first try! <br/> <br/>The only downside to this little bird is that it IS little. Not too little, but it is still small. So, an indoor fan will make moving around more difficult. I have used it outside a few times with varying results. Being IR, the sunlight makes good control nearly impossible during the day, though this is true with all IR controlled birds, so that really is not a down side to this one. <br/> <br/>In summation, it is the best little bird I've ever flown. It has crashed mutliple times, including from our 2nd story porch onto the sidewalk, and is still humming along just fine without any issues. <br/> <br/>So... GET IT! And you CANNOT beat the price!

• Other Thoughts: Helicopter flight only lasts about 6 minutes <br/>If you use the controller to charge the helicopter it drains your batteries <br/>The plugin port is to close to the front part of the helicopter <br/> <br/> <br/>My best advice is to buy a plug in charger for this toy so you can save your batteries.

• Other Thoughts: these are a great purchase! my husband and three brothers have one and planning on getting another one for my dad. one out of the 4 needed some replacement parts cause they crashed it outside but with the smallest bit of wind you lose control of it so its definitely an indoor only toy. Its great though, they are all grown men except for a 15 you and they all love it :)
