After reading many reviews, I selected the Lorex LW2902 unit. It has a 9" monitor vs the 7" inch on the 2702 model. I'm glad I got the 9" unit. Easier to view. Unit works very well. Both Cameras are outside protected by roof overhang and have survived several windy rainstorms without difficulty. Full signal bars in house through brick wall etc. Night vision works better than I expected. Night Video quality almost equals daytime quality. Intercom & motion detection works very well also. I got what I paid for and I'm happy. No complaints so far. What else can I say?

Awsome system for the money! Excellent sound and video quality. This is a excellent system for the money. I have been very impressed for $319.00 spent this system offers alot! I bought this system for the push to talk option. I would recommend this system to anyone who is the market. Very easy to use. Installed and recording in less than 30 mins.

I've had this system for a month now and I have to say I'm pretty pleased with it so far. I made a couple of changes; 1) Bought a 16gig SD card and have it set to record when we're not at home. I have a weeks worth of recording on it and it hasn't overwritten the old stuff yet. 2) Instead of mounting it with the supplied brackets, I found some small tripods at WalMart for $14 each and mounting screws (metric) at Lowes. Now I can move the cameras around to any location I want; close to windows to monitor activity outside the house (so as not expose the cameras to weather) or up high on furniture for inside viewing.

I bought two of these for my father-in-law's internet cafe. We use these cameras for both indoor and outdoor. We have found that these are best both for indoor and outdoor use. The picture is very good and it is very clear and easy to tell the faces of our customers. In fact, it is so good to uses that we have decided to purchase our second pair of security cameras. These are really great cameras and at night, it is also good. We love the price and the quality for the price. Very good purchase. And is recommended highly for small offices.

This is a fine quality camera for the price. I've bought several cameras recently (for my home, office and my mom's house). This camera is better built than the comparable camera and it costs less too. I've had it outdoors for several months. The receiver is also nicer. And if you're mainly interested in is a security camera, this works just fine.

I own 2 of these and use them with a cheap 4 channel PCI capture card on a linux server running 'motion' (software). Cameras are mounted outside and oversee the front/rear of the house. I do not consider this system "security" but rather a planning aid - I know when my packages get delivered, for instance, or whether to get up to answer the door.
