I bought this transmitter because I don't have speakers throughout the house. To my surprise, the transmission goes right through walls and doors. My bedroom is around 50ft from the transmitter and it has no problem broadcasting very clear.

Everything works and sounds great once I figured it out. The instructions that came with it made it sound simple, plug this here, plug that there and (viola!) you're up and running.
