When I just got the product out of the box and first turned it on, it froze, had to remove the battery, none of the buttons would work. I'm easy going so I thought I'll let it slide....whatever.

In the interest of full disclosure, I purchased this camera for my father as a gift. The reason being, my father is real big on shooting home videos and has been trying (ever slowly) to enter the digital age.

I used my new camera for the first time the other day. I was simply amazed at the video quality on such a small camcorder. I was very disappointed in that quality because it was not much better than the quality of cell phone video or picture.

I purchased the camera to record home inspections. It is perfect. Granted, I can't record bullets in flight but for the price are you really expecting to? Excellent product, I just recommend getting the largest SDHC card you can get.
