I purchase from Dinodirect.com regularly. Because I buy from them so often, I have had to return items several times. Dinodirect has always been exceptional to work with. They are one of my favorite online stores. Shipping is nearly always within days, and I almost always use the free shipping. If there is every any problem with my item, Dinodirect gets me a return shipping label and they pay for the return, or credit me right away if an item is ever lost in the mail. <br/>Most things I buy from Dinodirect is less, or at least the same, as I can get it any other place, and they ship it right to my door.

I am very pleased with their service. I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was very pleased that they handled this matter so promptly and honestly. Excellent customer service!

When my girlfriend and me saw Dinodirect.com we thought at first that perhaps the prices are good but not the quality. So we ordered only few things: watches, iPod and laptop accessories also. But we were surprised. Very good quality. We are from Germany and also the transport costs are okay and fair. Now we informed our friends and now we will order some things for Christmas, birthdays and some gifts for our friends and family.

Bought one of these for my brother and his wife and after seeing how well it works I think I'll get one for myself. Video plays without noticeable artifacts on a 42" plasma and the images move smoothly. I was amazed to see such solid compression in only 2GB/hr. Uses standard Quicktime files! Hallelujah! The moral of the story here is that you can bring it along most anywhere without a fuss. And when it comes to memorable moments, any shot is better than no shot, right?. I think I'll keep one of these tucked away in a pocket from now on. A steal for this price.

They responded immediately to my email and gave me a full refund. Everyone makes a mistake at some time and it is a good company that corrects it immediately.
