- Pros: Optimal texture, easy application, optimal durability, does not smudge easily, comes with a small brush to apply ... I'm loving it.
- Cons: There is none
- Other Thoughts: This type of eyeliner is more practical and easier to apply than liquid eyeliners ... I'm loving it.

- Other Thoughts: I have searched and searched for the true eyeliner that won't smudge, run or fade. This eyeliner absolutely is easy to apply to the top or bottome lid of your eye. Your can make it thin or thick and it stay's on all day and the best part it washes off easily with just soap and water.
