first time surveillance system buyer... <br/> <br/>I spent several hours trying to determine which unit to buy and must say I am glad I purchased the Defender <br/> <br/>Picture is a tad grainy during the day BUT the night shots are amazing!! I am very picky about quality and for 500..you can't beat this system!!! <br/> <br/>Installation was simple. I mounted the cameras on my eves outside while it was snowing. Ran the cable inside the siding corners and then through the sills on the bottom of the house. <br/> <br/>Great system!
