Classic controller works just as I would expect. There's not really anything fancy about which is ok because there's not a need for any extra bells and whistles, it's just a controller. One thing I'm still trying to get used to is that the cord comes out of the "bottom" of the controller vice the top like I'm used to with other console controllers. There was a big gap in consoles for me (original PlayStation was the last one I owned before the Wii) so this may be normal for controllers now and I'm just out-of-date or out of the loop. The Classic Controller is intuitive and it was easy to use being that I was a big Nintnedo junky back in the late 80s and Super Nintendo later on. So far I've only used the Classic Controller for two Virtual Console games (Donkey Kong Country and The Legend of Zelda) but found no problems during play.

This is probably my 30th purchase from Dinodirect.com in the past several months. I love this company. It is trustworthy, has great communications, excellent purchasing experience, and overall web site. Plus, the prices are very competitive. I do the majority of my online purchases from Dinodirect, and have never had a problem with Dinodirect. This company is top notch.

My son and I use Dinodirect to provide gift lists to each other since he is in the military and overseas. I also let my family know when I update my wish list for birthdays and Christmas. Very handy. Dinodirect is always a pleasure to deal with. I especially like the user review section. Without this "real-world" info, I don't know if I would order as much.

No one is perfect, but the quality of a retailer is gauged by their dedication to solving the imperfections. Dinodirect.com excelled in this category, and doing business with them carries that much more assuredness that, ultimately, I will be pleased with my purchase... hats off to the highest level of customer satisfaction from Dinodirect.com.

Shopping for my brother is a challenge. However, he loves his computers and is always adding this or that to them. I can’t go wrong shopping at Dinodirect.com, especially if my brother provides me with a wish list! This website is extremely easy to navigate. They have recently redone their Home Page to make product searching and selection even easier. After I placed my order, I received an email informing me that the order had been received and was being processed. The email recapped the order and included a link to the Dinodirect website where I could check the order status. A follow-up email notified me that the order had shipped. My package arrived in time and in excellent condition. Shopping at dinodirect.com was a pleasant experience. Though with all the fine print about refunds and returns, I was very nervous ordering from them. I admit that this is not my first choice for shopping. I prefer an online store with a more flexible return policy.

I have been ordering products from Dinodirect.com since the beginning of 2009. A friend of mine recommended their site to me and I pass that recommendation on to you. I have ordered everything from different types of AV cables, laser pointer pens, flash memory, disc storage cases, and so on. The quality of the product has always been great and shipping has only gotten better over the year in both packing and price. I confidently fill all of my needs with Dinodirect.com.

This controller is great if you want to play classic games. But sure is hard to find, I believe it is sold out everywhere and not expected in stores until January. You absolutely need this controller to play the classic games or for Wii point cards. Plugs into the Wii remote for wireless access, great controller and concept. So much better than trying to use a GameCube controller.

They had fantastic customer service with domestic employees so they were completely understandable and friendly. Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up. Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. If you do not register, you cannot track your order online "for security purposes." Otherwise, their online support is detailed and updated like most other large sites.

I found the item I was looking for very easily, it had a price I felt was competitive, and the ordering process was very easy with PayPal. I also received my merchandise in a timely and safe condition. I am very pleased and have Dinodirect.com in my favorites if I need to shop for similar merchandise in the future.
