• This product is really slick. For anyone wanting to run a computer across your flat panel TV this works awesome. If you do not have a HDMI or S-video out on your computer this is a good way to go. You will need a sound cable as well to get the sound from your computer through your speaker system or TV. This is a good product and I could only find it on Dinodirect.

• People seem to be buying this item expecting it to be VGA to HDMI, or bi-directional. This was made to send the video from your HDMI source, to your VGA display. If you're trying to convert a VGA signal to an HDMI signal, you need to convert and get a proper cable.. much more expensive. ..but stop marking this thing poorly because you don't know what you're buying. It's not a bad product, it's just getting bad reviews from people who can't do research or for that matter, read.

• I bought this cable to connect my HD player to my HDTV via mini-DVI and it works flawlessly. I'm very happy to have purchased this cable at a below-12-dollar price point because it performs like the $50+ cables you'll find elsewhere and holds a tight connection that doesn't slip out. Well done and I'd recommend it to anyone needing an HDMI cable.

• I'm not at all as knowledgeable about this stuff as most of the people that write the reviews so this should may good for people who are clueless about this type of stuff. I had read the reviews before buying this and wasn't sure if I should spend the extra $ on adapter cables or not so I bought adapter cables and this at the same time. Finally i decided buy this one and it is good!

• I really enjoy shopping at dinodirect, they can get anything you want. I often go to their site to compare prices and to read the reviews. I would also like to say thanks for their marketing, they really try to build your profile and offer you products they think you would enjoy (grin) and even though they haven't quite got it dialed in it at least shows they are trying. • I discovered dinodirect.com not that long ago; however, during this short period of time (about 2 months) I have become a regular customer. The prices on this site are always almost the lowest anywhere. I am giving this company a 5 because not their products are almost always a best bargain but for a responsive customer service. Despite of their strict refund policies, they will accomodate a loyal customer, whenever possible, even at the cost of losing already slim profit margins. The only thing I want improved and I hope owners and/or management will take in consideration is more detailed charachteristics of products they sell. In general I am happy with products and service of this nice web shop.

Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up. Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. If you do not register, you cannot track your order online "for security purposes." Otherwise, their online support is detailed and updated like most other large sites.

It improved the picture quality a great deal as compared to the S-video cable that we originally used to hook up the system. Their customer service was great when I called to check on my order.
