What a great deal! I read reviews about this company before I placed my order. I was a little skeptical because of the bad reviews. I have already been burned by another place. But I ordered my product anyway. The very next day after I made my order, the website said it was shipped, but it didn't give me a tracking number, it said it was unavailable. So, naturally, I got worried. When I got home from work that day, I came into the house, and my wife pointed at a box. It was the product I ordered the day before! It was packaged well and it works great! They really are a great company. I will certainly buy from them again!!!

I was very pleased with the product. It arrived and looks brand new and works great. It came on time. I was able to check on the website when it was shipped. This was my first experience and will not be my last for sure.

Ordered a Cable from DinoDirect. After an initial delay due to human error, sales manager took care of the problem and shipped the product right away. He even threw in a freebie. Great follow up. Glad to do business with DinoDirect again.
