I have been buying from Dinodirect.com for over a year and it has been a good relationship. The bluetooth adapter on this order did not work--I paid $8 for it. They asked that I pay return shipping and insurance. I guess their processes have changed--I had a problem with an order in the past and rather go to the expense of shipping it back for an item with such a small cost, they offered me an instore credit. I thought that was fair

Have been using this camera for a couple of weeks now and it out performs my other cameras. Especially in low light conditions. Can see farther and in color longer at night than the cameras I have from other vendors. Also, the short cable is perfect for installations where you want to swap out a camera. Overall very happy with this camera.

Dinodirect offers the service any consumer would love to find on the internet. Honest, personal, and responsive. <br/>I contacted Tracy regarding an issue I had with their web site. She not only helped my navigate the site but also provided information that improved my purchasing experience with them. The style and quality of service I have received from all of Dinodirect 's employees means that they WILL have repeat business from me AND their site will be searched FIRST when I am looking to acquire quality products!

After trying other cameras, I think this one is built well and it looks like it can handle tough weather. The image is very clear on the tv and very good when connected to the PC. I purchased the SWAN DVR card and it works perfectly with it. Overall, a good purchase and beats cheaper cameras.
