- Other Thoughts: I have purchased at least half a dozen times from Dinodirect.com and received fast, accurate service. On one occasion, I received a hard drive that had an intermittent problem on startup. It was replaced immediately and without problem with a hard drive that functioned perfectly.

- Other Thoughts: I did not look here before ordering and was wondering if I had made a mistake. After my trying i found the items were very low priced and had free shipping. I was surprised that the items arrived quicker than I was expecting (shipped from Hong Kong) and actually work like they should. The items were (shipping) packaged very well and also were of retail-looking packaging too. I had no problem at all from this company. I'd probably order from again.

- Other Thoughts: Well, to be honest, i don't know much about this kind of electronic products, and it was my first time buying on this site. - Other Thoughts: I am very pleased with their service. I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was very pleased that they handled this matter so promptly and honestly. Excellent customer service!

- Other Thoughts: I don't usually write reviews but for Dinodirect.com I will. Dinodirect is one of those retailers that have become very rare. They consistently have the best price but what is remarkable is that their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I have been a customer of theirs since Apr. and they have never disappointed me with anything! I will continue to shop with them and speak the highest about them to everyone! I highly recommend them!
