Great, I've always had great experience shopping from Dinodirect, the only problem I had this time was I was trying to ship my order to my work address (so that I knew someone would be there to receive it), but it wouldn't let me saying that the address was there under another name. I'm sorry, the ship to address should just be whatever the customer fills out, without something telling me I can't ship there, that's a problem with the website as far as I'm concerned.

Extremely reasonable prices combined with fast inexpensive (or free) shipping have been our experiences to date. Also the products are good quality with brand top features. Simply put, these qualities make the likelihood of referrals and repeat purchases a virtual certainty.

I was unaware that I did not need to go to the catalogue sight on the web and could go directly to the website to find the items that I wanted. After speaking to an online account rep, the matter was quickly resolved and I was able to order quickly and efficiently. Really out ot my expection.

Previously I used a vendor who would not reveal the full invoice or shipping price until after the order was placed, and then you had to call them to find this information out -all after you already paid a deposit. Dinodirect.com was upfront about all costs, including shipping, and when I had a question, I received a prompt answer. My experience with Dinodirect.com was excellent!

The product that I ordered was exactly what I was looking for. I have searched everywhere for the item (a nini wireless recorder) and this was the first place that I found it. Smooth transaction and received the item quickly. The communication was also wonderful. I was notified when my order was confirmed and when it shipped. I will definitely order from them again!!!
