What an experience. After trying to deal with two other on-line stores I ordered a vedio recorder from Dinodirect.com on Sat, Sept 9. The order was processed and shipped on Sept 25 without a call to up grade or other troubles. Just simple service that I like. Thank you DD. The Dinodirect web site is easy to use. They offer good selection and great prices, and they provide fast, affordable and accurate shipping. This was our first experience doing business with Dinodirect. We are picky customers who shop the internet daily, and we can highly recommend this company for other internet shoppers without hesitation. The process to place the order and submit the purchase went smoothly. I like being able to pay them using Paypal. They sent an order confirmation with receipt via email in a timely manner, and we could check the order status at their web site. We had plenty of options from which to select at Dinidirect. The detailed descriptions and photos were clear and complete, and these features enabled us to choose the right product for our needs. The 4 Channels MEPG4 Digital Video Recorder we purchased is awesome. We did think it was unusual that the product was shipped only in its original manufacturer packaging, enveloped in clear packing tape. Normally companies repackage products inside a plain box. What if I had ordered this as a surprise? Overall, however, this was a great experience. We would not hesitate to do business again with Dinodirect. Thanks!

This is a great unit for your money. It was exactly what I needed. It had all the features I was looking for but they are not difficult to operate. It is easy to assemble and doesn't take long to set up at all. We were able to get very good video quality. Overall, we're happy with it. My brother ended up buying one too.
