Worked with windows 7 64bit after downloading the latest software from q-see. I have had this DVR Card up and running for a couple months and this DVR Card is working beautifully. I wish there was a few more options in the software, but overall very happy.

I simply keep the software on channel 3 and use my verizon set top remote control. I also have a VCR attached. Simply put, MY PC has become my TV. I no longer have a TV to burn electricity and hurt my eyes.
