The product was exactly what was in the picture and worked like a Digital Video Recorder. What I love best is that purchasing something like this in a store would have been at least two times the cost of what we paid here!

While this Digital Video Recorder isn't that fancy is and may be a little quiet and fall out of the hole a bit on bumps, it has amazing quality for what it is!

This Intelligent Channel Recorder would be excellent if my stick shift didn't hit it every time I went into using. Since most people drive automatics this shouldn't be a huge problem.

I'm free of cable and Tivo has allowed me to do this. With Tivo I can still get many of my TV shows off antenna with it's built in dual ATSC tuners, but in order to cut cable out my life, I still needed to get some of my reality shows a like on History and Discovery Channels. Tivo made solving that problem easy by adding Netflix and Amazon Video to their lineup. Now I get all my shows at less then half the cost of cable every month. If customer support was better I would have given it five stars.
