good priced product,international delivery stated as 7-15 days i got mine in less than 14 days!communication was from a named staff member which was not a computer generated response which makes you feel someone is actually physically responding to your sale/request. They are always friendly, nice as well as kind all the time. based on this i certainly would use again.

Ordered DVR's and the order process was very quick and easy. Got free shipping with the order, some companies have slow "free" shipping, like Amazon but Dinodirect's was quick, had the items in a few days. Customer support was great too. I had to call, needed a copy of the invoice. The rep said I would have it by the end of the day, got the email in less than an hour. Good company would not hesitate to order again from them

I just received this video recorder when I went back and I'm thrilled. I found this to be a great investment and my wife loves it. It records everything great and quickly not a single problem, unlike my old DVR.

I'm free of cable and Tivo has allowed me to do this. With Tivo I can still get many of my TV shows off antenna with it's built in dual ATSC tuners, but in order to cut cable out my life, I still needed to get some of my reality shows a like on History and Discovery Channels. Tivo made solving that problem easy by adding Netflix and Amazon Video to their lineup. Now I get all my shows at less then half the cost of cable every month. If customer support was better I would have given it five stars.

Overall, I am very satisifed with this seller's products and therefore taking my time to write a brief review on all the items that I have purchased.. the family got 3 iphone 3gs's recently and i figured that at ATT it would cost ~90 for each of us to buy one case each so i came online and found this vendor. ordered a lotta cases for the cost of 1 ATT case and am very happy with my choice. this case is smooth to the touch and fitted the 3gs perfectly. can't complain and saved a lotta money too!
