- Other Thoughts: Dinodirect offers the service any consumer would love to find on the internet. Honest, personal, and responsive. <br/>I contacted Tracy regarding an issue I had with their web site. She not only helped my navigate the site but also provided information that improved my purchasing experience with them. The style and quality of service I have received from all of Dinodirect 's employees means that they WILL have repeat business from me AND their site will be searched FIRST when I am looking to acquire quality products!

- Other Thoughts: I did not look here before ordering and was wondering if I had made a mistake. After my trying i found the items were very low priced and had free shipping. I was surprised that the items arrived quicker than I was expecting (shipped from Hong Kong) and actually work like they should. The items were (shipping) packaged very well and also were of retail-looking packaging too. I had no problem at all from this company. I'd probably order from again.

- Other Thoughts: Usually a good vendor ... not this time. Informed me that their third-party vendor did not acknowledge my order. I placed the order a second time and was double shipped. - Other Thoughts: I am very pleased with their service. I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was very pleased that they handled this matter so promptly and honestly. Excellent customer service!
