Very useful especially if you are in college and don't want to pay for a TV, just hook this up to your pc and start watching cable TV after a very quick setup. I love this and it’s very convenient.

If you're using Vista as an OS, skip the rest and BUY this ONE!!! I have an HP laptop and this installed and integrated effortlessly. I struggled with another manufacturer's version of this device and absolutely could not get the driver installed. I returned that one and purchased this. I highly recommend this tuner!

Over the past two months, I have ordered twice. Both shopping experiences were painless. I went in at odd times of the night (think 3 am - couldn't sleep), and the servers were up and responsive. Once I placed my order, I received an email acknowledgment, showing what I had ordered, including the name of the product, price, and order number. For my first order, things were shipped in two pieces. I took advantage of free shipping and was not charged for either. I really appreciated the fact that with each shipment, I received an email confirmation. The first box arrived four business days later and the second box arrived five business days later. Everything was nicely packed and nothing was damaged.

I discovered not that long ago; however, during this short period of time (about 2 months) I have become a regular customer. The prices on this site are always almost the lowest anywhere. I am giving this company a 5 because not their products are almost always a best bargain but for a responsive customer service. Despite of their strict refund policies, they will accomodate a loyal customer, whenever possible, even at the cost of losing already slim profit margins. The only thing I want improved and I hope owners and/or management will take in consideration is more detailed charachteristics of products they sell. In general I am happy with products and service of this nice web shop.

I was at first very nervous with this transaction being my first time. The customer service was very straight forward, no charm at all. The email order confirmation was received within the next hour. I called twice to confirm the correct product which they patiently confirmed. The shipping/trucking company was very courteous and they called me as promised. Overall, the experience was great! Another outstanding order. Case I ordered had a defective fan and they quickly gave me a credit to order a replacement. Will be sticking to them for all my computer needs. This must be the best customer service on the internet where all customers are always placed first!
