I can only spend good words for the store. Their customer service is great, in particular I was in contact , I asked him a lot of questions because I like to know things in detail and he always replied very kindly. I'm sure many other salesmen wouldn't have been this patient, I emailed him at least 30 times during the whole process. I could get my product as customized as I wanted it to be. I've been a customer of dinodirect for a couple of months. I live in N. California so shipping and delivery is quick and combined with transparent communication (order acceptance, shipping notice etc) it makes for a wonderful customer experience. This order was just another positive experience. I've never tried to replace or refund an item so can't comment on that.

There service is the best in the industry. Sometimes problems do arise, usually being the fault of the supplier or manufacturer, but Dinodirect.com always comes through and does everything to ensure a customer is satisfied and happy. I have been shopping with Amazon.com for many, many years and will continue to do so. Sometimes it is better to pay a bit more for peace of mind. On the other hand most of the time shipping is free which is also an incentive, at least to me. DEFINITELY a company to trust and support.

You can input an AV signal from a VCR and it is converted to an MPEG file on the hard drive. Your Analogue Video Cassettes can be digitized! Similarly, you can input a stereo audio signal from a Hi-Fi and it is converted to an MP3 or WMA file on the hard drive. Your Analogue Audio Cassettes can be digitized! A dedicated equipment to perform either of these can cost ?100 or more!..

I bought this a couple of months ago. I use it to watch live TV and record. All off the antenna. This is fabulous. It was really easy to setup..had it working in minutes. the antenna works great too - better than the one I have for my HDTV (have not tried yet but i think i can plug this one in). I love having my laptop work as a DVR also.
