I am very pleased with their service. I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was very pleased that they handled this matter so promptly and honestly. Excellent customer service!

I can't believe the great price I got on this item. This reader has all the best features plus a few more that surprised me; especially for the price. Dinodirect has the best price on the net for this item. Works like a charm and tunes perfectly. I ought to know since I've tryed out countless more expensive tuners over the decades. DINODIRECT has easy checkout and shipped it quickly without any hassles.

Dinodirect.com is ALWAYS excellent! There service is the best in the industry. Sometimes problems do arise, usually being the fault of the supplier or manufacturer, but Dinodirect.com always comes through and does everything to ensure a customer is satisfied and happy. I have been shopping with Amazon.com for many, many years and will continue to do so. Sometimes it is better to pay a bit more for peace of mind. On the other hand most of the time shipping is free which is also an incentive, at least to me. DEFINITELY a company to trust and support

Dinodirect.com is one of my "go to" stores for various items (the other is Newegg). The prices are always good, free shipping is nice, and I've never had any problems with orders. Note that once you place an order on their site, it's very difficult to undo! Therefore, be sure you want what you want before you hit the final "submit".

Delivery speed is excellent as well as the accuracy of the online tracking. Customer Service is wonderful and do their best to resolve problems when they happen which is only occasionally. I recommend Dinodirect.com to all my friends and co-workers. When I want something right away, I look on their site first before I shop around, and most of the time I return to purchase what I want.
