Very good for the price, I like that you can fold it and keep it in your pocket. It takes a bit of time to unfold it, but after a while you'll fold it and unfold it quickly.

This light diffuser works great. I found that even with it on there were still shadows against a light background. But, when I bounced the flash against the wall or ceiling there was little to no shadow. The only thing that is a negative is that even though a resin thing comes with it that is supposed to ensure that it stays on the flash it often comes off when you move the flash around a lot. But for the price it is a very nice product.

Dinodirect offers the service any consumer would love to find on the internet. Honest, personal, and responsive. <br/>I contacted Tracy regarding an issue I had with their web site. She not only helped my navigate the site but also provided information that improved my purchasing experience with them. The style and quality of service I have received from all of Dinodirect 's employees means that they WILL have repeat business from me AND their site will be searched FIRST when I am looking to acquire quality products!

I can't believe what great lighting this little gadget gives. It softens the light giving your subject a beautiful, even glow. I used it in total darkness to shoot a picture of a sleeping baby and the results were amazing... plus the baby wasn't affected by a bright flash in her face. The diffuser folds flat for storage. Don't be discouraged when you first receive it... yes, it feels flimsy in your hand but once you open it up and attach it to the flash unit it's stable. I would definitely buy this product again.

This is the best mobile diffusion system I've ever used. The size is a bit cumbersome and a bit intimidating to subjects, but it fills your scene with even and smooth light. Also, because the diffuser is omni-directional, what reflected light that comes off the back and sides adds a bit of fill flash to what you're shooting. I often shoot with the dome in place to avoid shadows on faces from ceiling reflection, but if you're shooting under high ceilings, you can maximize your light output by removing the dome. The only problem that I've encountered is that the soft plastic diffuser is hard to fit onto my SL-580EX but once it's on, it tends to stretch out a little bit and fall of during brisk pivots. If you have the same problem and you'll be shooting with the diffuser for a while, you just secure it with a small piece of tape.
