I want to buy something special for my gf and determined that the iPhone 3G skin case is the way to go. So I ordered this for my gf and she was completely happy. It keeps the iPhone save, it is easy to get the phone in and out of and it feels nice and seems to be good quality. It keeps her phone in her purse and this case doesn't add much bulk to the unit.

I definitely love this case, and for the price it can't be beat. It's just snug enough to fit the iPhone (and can probably accommodate one with a hard case on it but I don't have one to test that with) and yet it's very easy to remove the phone.

  • How to Clean Grease From a Leather Case?

  • Purchase a good quality leather cleaner. Use clean absorbent paper towels to blot away the excess grease. Sprinkle the cleaner on a white terrycloth towel. Use small circular motions to clean the grease on the leather case. Apply a leather protectant afterwards.

    Take an alternative approach and sprinkle cornstarch or talcum powder over the grease spot on the  case. Cover it with a damp cloth for five to six hours. Cornstarch will help cut the grease. Wipe off all residue and grease from the case.

    Use a mild liquid detergent and rub it gently on the grease spot with a clean cloth. Blot the excess liquid with paper towels.

  • How can I get the smell out of a new leather case?

  • Had same problem with new guitar case. Go out and get a couple of the FRIDGE-IT activated carbon odor absorbers - little purple cube - not the imitations. Put a couple in case and close it for awhile.. Totally unscented so it actually eliminates odor rather than covering up with some nasty fragrance and totally safe to use.

  • Is a leather case or a hardshell case a better scratch resistant product for the iphone 3G or 3GS?

  • Leather cases are the best. For your screen buy a protecter that sticks directly on!!
