04-21-2011- Other Thoughts: At first I did not like the battery, thought it did not fit correctly because it sticks out a bit , and fits very tight. I was afraid it would do damage to the unit. Then I wiggled it in, and I can say it's performance is so much better than the battery I got from Dell. Currently at 98% it shows I have over 5 hrs, I NEVER got that from any or my Dell's.

03-31-2011- Other Thoughts: Fit my Inspiron 1545 perfectly. Has been running great and taking a charge for over a month. Was concerned it wouldn't last, but haven't had any problems and easily get 2-3 hours off a charge, maybe more, I honestly don't keep track. I'm just grateful it warns me again of a low battery and doesn't just shut down in the middle of whatever I am doing anymore after only 15 minutes. I forgot how wonderful a working battery can be!!

03-23-2011- Other Thoughts: The item came in a timely manner in proper packaging. The product was exactly as described. The battery life is better than the original battery that came in the computer. This battery was way cheaper than its counterpart on the Dell website. I have not had any problems with it so far and I would definitely recommend it to other customers.

03-18-2011- Other Thoughts: Ordered Monday afternoon, arrived on Friday. Charged up in about 45 minutes. Works great in my Inspiron 1545. Bought other brand battery and it died after 2 weeks. This one is working fine so far (about 5 weeks). Will give 5 stars after 12 months.

03-04-2011- Other Thoughts: If you have shopped around for Dell laptop batteries, you know that this one is WAY cheaper than the one that Dell sells directly. My original Dell battery only lasted 2 years so why would I go to Dell and pay $150 for a replacement when I could get a no-frills brand battery for only $28 including shipping? Even if this no-frills battery only lasts me 6 months, I am still way ahead of the game. OK, this is a no-brainer. I recommend this battery for anyone who needs a replacement or spare battery for thier Dell laptop.
