Wow! What a great deal! I read reviews about this company before I placed my order. I was a little skeptical because of the bad reviews. I have already been burned by another place. But I ordered my product anyway. The very next day after I made my order, the website said it was shipped, but it didn't give me a tracking number, it said it was unavailable. So, naturally, I got worried. When I got home from work that day, I came into the house, and my wife pointed at a box. It was the product I ordered the day before! It was packaged well and it works great! They really are a great company. I will certainly buy from them again!!!

I have a micro sd 1 gb and this is for the mini or something, but luckily my micro came with a micro-to-mini adapter so it worked... but yeah, very cheap price and worked great for my needs.

I bought this card reader. I wanted to put some songs into my card. When I plug it in, it lets me see the files already on the card, but does not let me add any files to it. What is wrong with it?
It may be right protected which you have to remove, checkout your card a small clip/button which will be on protection do it on opposite side.

What is an sd/mmc card reader?
Something that can read what is on your SD card (like some small square memory holder) or can read what is on your MMC card onto your computer. From there you can put things on your card or transfer them onto your computer.

How can I activate the memory card reader?
This USB2.0 card reader is plug-n-play. Just plug them into an available USB slot in your computer, insert the memory card, and wait for your computer to recognize it.
Your card will show up (you may have to open 'my computer') as a new drive, similar to drive A (floppy) drive C (hard drive), etc.
