How to Configure a DVR:

• Attach the coaxial cable running from the cable/satellite source into the "In" port on the DVR
• Plug the component video cables into the "Component Out" ports on the rear of the DVR. Insert the other ends of the cables into the "Component In" ports on the television
• Connect the RCA audio cables into the "Audio Out" ports on the DVR. Insert the other end of the RCA audio cables into the "Audio In" ports on the television
• Power on the television and the DVR, then press the "Input" option on the television and select "Component Video" to display the DVR programming
• Push "Guide" to bring up the DVR guide, then navigate through the programming with the directional arrow buttons. When you find a show to record, push the "Record" button. To view the contents at a later time select the "Recorded TV" button on the remote, then highlight the recorded station and push "Play."
