The product was of course what I had wanted and expected. THe customer service with Dinodirect.com was excellent. the first piece i received was defective. i called them and they were very accomodating about shipping me a new one right away (2 day) while i shipped the defective piece back to them. Very friendly, very understanding service people. no issues with refund/exhange at all. will DEFINITELY go there again.

So far, I haven't seen any better deals from other websites. Dinodirect really has the lowest deals and I like that they give me options if I want refurbished items to be able to save more. Delivery went smooth and I received my order on time. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends.

They had fantastic customer service with domestic employees so they were completely understandable and friendly. Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up. Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. If you do not register, you cannot track your order online "for security purposes." Otherwise, their online support is detailed and updated like most other large sites.
